I'm an old Time Warner customer. My Time Warner package included 300 Meg internet. We've been noticing for several months that our internet occasionally lags and sometimes stops all together. The total interruptions last a short time then recover. I called Spectrum a few months back and a lady in the internet department was very helpful.
